Our sweat lodge ceremonies follow traditional Native American protocols, conducted by experienced lodge keepers. Participants engage in four rounds of prayer, song, and purification with heated stones, sacred herbs, and water.
Preparation Required
Participants should fast or eat lightly before ceremony, bring modest clothing (shorts/tank top or ceremony dress), towel, and water. Medical screening required for safety.
