MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide a sacred space for Members to connect with their spiritual heritage through traditional Native American ceremonies, teachings, and sacramental practices. Spiritkeepers Native American Church is dedicated to the preservation of Indigenous wisdom and healing traditions, offering a path for spiritual growth, cultural understanding, and communion with the Creator.
PURPOSE

Provide education about Indigenous wisdom traditions.

Facilitate healing through sacred plant sacrament in accordance with religious doctrine.

Honor the spiritual connection between all living beings and the Creator.

This Agreement operates under legal protections provided by:

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Membership in Spiritkeepers NAC is open to individuals who:

Sign and accept this Membership & Waiver Agreement.

Approach all sacraments with respect and spiritual intention.
-
Agree to abide by Church Code of Conduct.
-
Support the community through prayer, participation, service, or donation.
MEMBER REPRESENTATIONS

By signing, I affirm:
-
I approach ceremonies and sacraments with reverence and sincerity.

I understand sacramental medicines are for spiritual use.
-
I will not sell, distribute, or misuse sacraments.
-
I respect the confidentiality of members and ceremonies.
-
I participate at my own risk.

I affirm that my participation in Spiritkeepers Native American Church is for sincere personal and spiritual purposes. I am not attending on behalf of any agency or organization for the purpose of investigation, surveillance, or evidence collection against the Church or its members.

If I am affiliated with law enforcement or a government agency, I understand that participation in Church activities is accepted only in a personal capacity and not for investigative purposes. I agree to inform Church leadership privately if any legal conflict of interest exists.

I affirm that the identification I provide is valid, government-issued, and matches my legal name. I understand that if my ID is fraudulent or does not match my identity, my membership may be deemed null and void.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Members agree to:

Approach ceremonies with humility and respect.

Maintain a clear state of mind (no alcohol/drugs prior to ceremony).

Honor sacred medicines—never for recreation or profit.
-
Follow guidance of ceremonial leaders.
-
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and compassion.

Support Church community and represent it honorably.
CEREMONIAL GUIDELINES

Register in advance.

Disclose medical or psychological conditions.

Follow fasting/purification requirements.
-
Respect sacred spaces, items, and silence.
-
Integration after ceremony is considered spiritually essential.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS

Carry your Church membership card when attending ceremonies.

If questioned by law enforcement, respectfully state:

“I am participating in federally protected religious practices under RFRA and AIRFA.”

Immediately notify Church Leadership of any legal concern.
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Spiritkeepers NAC operates as a nonprofit religious organization.
-
Donations support ceremonies, elders, locations, medicine preparations, and community needs.
WARNING AND DISCLAIMER
Participation in sacred ceremonies may not be recognized by all law enforcement agencies. Members participate at their own risk and responsibility. The Church does not offer medical treatment, diagnosis, or legal defense.
SACRAMENTAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that participation in sacramental use of sacred plants (including Psilocybin, Peyote, Cannabis, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and other sacraments) involves physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual effects.
1. Risks May Include:

Nausea, purging, dizziness, changes in heart rate/blood pressure

Emotional release, trauma resurfacing, anxiety, euphoria, visions
-
Worsening of medical or psychological conditions
-
Possible interactions with medications, alcohol, or substances
2. I Affirm:

My participation is voluntary and based on sincere spiritual belief.

I am physically and mentally fit to participate.
-
I have consulted a doctor if I take medication or have medical concerns.
-
I am not under the influence of alcohol or non-sacramental drugs.
-
I take full responsibility for my experiences.
3. Waiver of Liability

In consideration of participating in sacramental use, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

Spiritkeepers Native American Church, DBA Friendly Fellowship, its clergy, elders, facilitators, officers, volunteers, and members (“Released Parties”)
-
from ALL claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, emotional distress, or death, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
DIGITAL & PHYSICAL SIGNATURE CONSENT
For digital/website submission:
